These Terms and Conditions describe the rules that apply when you use Spin House. They set out the relationship between us and our players, covering account use, deposits and withdrawals, promotions and dispute handling. Account responsibilities

Acceptable platform use
Use of Spin House must be lawful and in accordance with these terms. Prohibited activity includes, but is not limited to:

- Opening multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses;

General bonus and promotion rules
Promotions are subject to specific terms that apply in addition to these T&Cs. Unless stated otherwise, bonuses and free spins are limited to one per person, household, device or IP. Wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum stake while wagering and time limits vary by promotion and will be published with each offer.

Deposits and withdrawals

Dispute resolution

For unresolved disputes we will follow our internal complaint handling process and keep records of correspondence. Where necessary we may require additional verification to investigate and conclude a dispute.
